The International School of Brussels is looking for an intern for 12 weeks to work full time in the coming month.
You will lead 3 projects under the supervision of the Safety and Security Coordinator. You will be independent to manage your time on these projects and influence them. There are multiple opportunities to work on other projects and be part of the implementation of the safety culture. ISB is an international school located in Brussels area
Management of the safety incident (safety oriented)
– Implement a system to follow-up each safety incident
– Manage the Risk Reporter app currently used by the employees to report risks
– Create indicators to analyze the incidents
Workstation analysis (safety oriented)
– Conduct the work station analysis of the workers
– Create a template to harmonize the workstation analysis
Structure the access level database (security oriented)
– Review the database and clean up the obsolete functionalities
– Implement a sustainable system to manage the different user profiles
Requirements :
Fluent English both spoken and written
Good communicator
Able to work autonomously
Solution oriented
Good listener
Ability to work with different cultures
Comfortable with technology
