Studying Human Resources, Communications, Business, Digital, European Studies or related

A strong communicator with an interest in people, innovation, or storytelling

Curious about how international organisations work in an EU context

Comfortable in English (French or Dutch is a bonus!)

As a Regional Coordination Center (RCC), Coreso plays a crucial role in coordinating high-voltage electricity flows for European Transmission System Operators (TSOs), ensuring the security of electricity supply on a regional basis.

Your new career in Coreso – People & Culture Intern
Coreso, a Regional Coordination Center (RCC) based in Brussels, plays a key role in ensuring the stability and security of Europe’s electricity system. Every day, our international team collaborates with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) across Europe to manage cross-border power flows and support the energy transition.

To support our mission, we are looking for an intern to join our People & Culture team, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR Innovation.

You will work closely with our international team of 8 professionals to support our mission of building a future-proof and inclusive workforce.

As an intern in our People & Culture department, you’ll join an 8-person team working on talent acquisition and employer branding. You’ll be encouraged to share your ideas, take ownership of your projects, and explore the areas that spark your interest.

You will:

🔹 Strengthen campus recruitment efforts and build partnerships/bilateral agreements with universities across Europe

🔹 Help shape the international internship program at Coreso – co-create processes, events, and content

🔹 Contribute to employer branding through storytelling, visuals, and social media campaigns

🔹 Explore the use of AI in Talent Attraction & Management and propose improvements in our sourcing strategies

🔹 Support strategic projects, such as diversity initiatives, onboarding, or process redesign

Together with your manager, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional projects aligned with your interests, the scope of the internship is flexible and designed to evolve with you.
