It is important to provide an outstanding experience, quick solutions, and tailored price offers. You understand which vehicle suits them best and which driver to assign to each mission. You are also sensitive to the specific expectations of each customer.
Are you customer oriented and stress resistant ?
Your primary duties involve:
Handling daily numerous transport orders (via phone calls and emails) for our highly exclusive national and international VIP clients
Providing the optimal solutions to customers and coordinating routes based on priorities and resource availability
Ensuring transportation is tracked all the way to its destination
Customizing services to meet the distinct preferences and requirements of each customer
Carrying out the administrative follow-up
