Very good theoretical knowledge and practical experience of :

Assays by microplate spectrophotometer (ELISA)
Gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE, IEF, agarose)
Western blot
Good knowledge and practical experience of Real time PCR and UV/visible spectrometry.
Pluses

Theorical knowledge and practical experience of amplification of cell lines, cell based assays (microscopy, UV/plate, fluorescence), MSD (electrochemiluminescence), SPR (Biacore) and electrophoresis on a chip.
General skills

Required

Knowledge of :
the pharmaceutical sector and the GMP quality norms
the biological medicinal products (mAbs, ADCs, proteins, recombinant peptides) and regulations associated (EMA and FDA).
Language skills

In addition to proficiency in French, good command of English is required.
