Offer assistance to junior team members to achieve results
• Respond in a timely manner to Client inquiries
• Proactively share new ideas of process improvements in team meetings
• Build functional and technical knowledge across multiple disciplines
• Ensure job procedures are followed such as creating a security file used as part of the reconciliation process
• Ensure all system information is processed accurately to meet internal standards
• Validate results when issues are corrected and communicate resolution has been reached
• Follow procedures to perform data analysis and provide first level insight and interpretation
• Raise ideas to manager to support operational improvements
• Demonstrate strong understanding in operations and assist junior staff in daily operations
