Responsabilites:
Conduct complete or partial financial analysis on companies
Help with preparation and attend client meetings
Conduct research
Contribute to elaborating reports and other deliverables for clients
Manage specific parts of a project such as receiving and distributing information

Profile:
Proven experience in Transaction Services or knowledge of M&A related advisory
High knowledge in finance
Appreciated if the candidate has skills in financial valuation, market research, financial model building and review.
Full English professional capabilities, considering a fully independent capacity for business communication (writing and speaking)
High to full Spanish professional capabilities.
