• Solid understanding of the dynamics in online marketing. Understanding of customer online behavior and how to create campaigns and content to boost this. Advanced knowledge in SEM, SEO, SEA, Retargeting, Affiliations, …
• Analytical approach and problem solving attitude. You can easily understand complex matters and come up with innovative and strong solutions.
• Experience in a sales driven organization, you know the importance of a lead and the urge to generate strong leads. You always keep an eye on the results and return on investment.
• You’re fluent in French & English.
• Entrepreneurial mind-set, you are a self-starter and eager to deliver the best results. You come up with great initiatives and you are a driver for continuous improvement.

In order to support our growth, we are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketer.
What would you do :
• Development of an online strategy in line with the overall Sales and Marketing strategy. You translate this strategy in concrete actions.
• Creation of a consistent online brand experience for visitors and clients.
• Development of lead generation campaigns; initiate, drive and implement online activities that will create traffic.
• Act as single point of contact and key driver for all online marketing activities.
• End to end monitoring of all different online activities and campaigns. Analysis of the return on investment from all initiatives.
