– You hold a Master degree, equivalent or more. A Master degree in economics/statistics will be an asset; – You are autonomous, rigorous, curious and proactive; – You are stress resistant and able to cope with multiple demands and requirements; – You have excellent written, analytical and verbal communication skills in English and French. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is considered as an asset; – You have excellent computer skills (MS Office – Excel – Word); – Organizational, coordination and communication skills; – You pay attention to detail; – Analytical and synthesis skills; – Determination and perseverance and ability to apply a systematic search strategy; – Able to quickly understand a problem, to structure ideas, to identify possible solutions and key success factors as well as capable to interpret and assess the impact of the results of an analysis; – Experience and interest in the businesses of the Greater Region; – Knowledge of the local market is a plus; – You are looking for an short term contract or an end of courses internship.

As a researcher, you will participate in the realisation of economic studies for PwC related to the family businesses in the Greater Region.

Your main responsibilities will entail:
– Literature review on specific topics (summary of academic papers, summary of reports from international organisations);
– Understand the legal and regulatory environment of the Greater Region;
– Support data collection to build data set;
– Conduct, transcribe and code qualitative interviews with NVIVO software;
– Analysis of relevant qualitative and quantitative data;
– Structure and write comprehensive reports, interview guides, questionnaires on given research topics;
– Develop a point of view on the challenges and the opportunities related to specific themes and industries.
– Produce descriptive statistics
– Organisation of the interviews (communicate with family business to collect survey data and make the interview appointments and coordination & communication with GR Partners)
