We are currently hiring for the company below:

« We are an Amsterdam-based media company focused in technology, internet, culture, business and entrepreneurship. We started in 2006 as a conference in Amsterdam, and shortly after we launched our blog as a way to increase the media presence of the conference. Over time, our blog became what it is today, one of the world’s top online media platform dedicated to tech news. Our conferences are still an important part of our business, as we organize events in cities like New York and Sao Paulo.

We are one of the global leaders in our industry, with more than seven million visitors per month, over nine million monthly page views and over two million followers in our different social media accounts combined. We are an international team of forty, formed by people from countries like Italy, Greece, Poland, Spain, Brazil and United Kingdom among others; working from our headquarters in central Amsterdam. We also count with a big network of journalists working remotely.

We are currently looking for an autonomous and proactive marketing intern to help us with our marketing efforts. You will be working with our marketing team, making sure that everything is up and running: from our social media optimizations to advertising campaigns. You will also help us brainstorm about new marketing strategies, content and promotions. »

Main Responsibilities:
• Define the strategy and structure to acquire and convert traffic
• Find new ways to attract new companies to partner with us
• Coordinate online ad campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, SEO, SEM…)
• Analyze data regarding our online campaigns and track their performance
• Identify opportunities for new marketing activities, such as promotions or content
• Propose ideas for improvement

• Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Duration:
• Starting date: As soon as possible
• Duration: 3 to 6 months

Compensation:
• 400 EUR/month
• Breakfast and lunch expenses covered
• Can lead to a full-time position
