You hold a degree in Project Management / Business Analytics / Information Management/ Business Intelligence / Economy or other related field Knowledge or some previous experience in “big” data analysis, business process design and optimization Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint, VBA is a huge advantage Previous experience with reporting Fluency in English is necessary, French is appreciated, but not required Ability to be organized, innovative and rigorous

Reporting KPIs for clients and delivering them in Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
Supporting projects for process and service optimization
Assisting to Project Management Office with planning, meeting minutes and action logs
Testing new fund registration tools and processes and analysing and reporting the test results
Maintaining and helping to build and improve client database
Contributing with new innovative ideas on process improvements
