Want to join the team as experienced Java Software Engineer?
Function:
Java Software Engineer (Architecture / Development / Testing)
What you will do:
You will have the opportunity to work for recognized industry leaders and young companies in emerging technologies (start-ups, scale-ups) in sectors like transport, automotive, telecom, medical… and you will be involved in strategic projects of our customers (embedded, IoT, Industry 4.0, mobile…).
Which knowledge is expected from you :
Languages like: Java 8/7, Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS…
Frameworks like: ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, Django
Structured and Object Orientation Design:
– Strong knowledge of structured and object-oriented concepts.
– Be able to propose to architects quality and future-proof solutions
Databases : MongoDB, ElasticSearch, MySQL…
OS : Linux / Unix/ Windows
Familiar with SVN, Git/Gitflow, Jira, Continuous integration, …
Familiar with software development life-cycles (Scrum, Agile, V-Model)
Quality minded:
– Structure, Code review, Clean coding rules, Unit testing writing, …
Experience > (3 yrs) in environments of complex, dynamic systems, with distributed components (e.g. medical device, telecommunication, real-time system…).
Soft Skills:
Fluent in English and French (Dutch welcome)
Passionate about technological challenges
Really curious and able to become familiar with customer business activities
Stress-resistant
Eager to learn new technologies and work in new environments
Education:
Master’s degree of Bachelor in Computer Science/Electronics/Informatics or Engineer in IT/Electronics.
Relevant experience in software development for at least 3 years
