• Already holding or about to obtain a MSc in Humans Resources, Organisation, Development, Psychology or related fields. • Very good interpersonal and organisational skills, autonomous and mature approach. • Very good communication skills (written/oral). • Proficient in MS office applications. • Candidates must have a very good command of English (oral and written) and French is highly desirable.

We are looking for dynamic self-motivated and proactive graduate trainee to participate in the daily work and to take part in specific HR projects in the learning & Development section of the people and Organisation unit, in the Directorate of Resources.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in developing and furthering his/her HR knowledge in a multicultural, multilingual context, and gaining valuable professional experience in an intergovernmental setting.
